The room was quite spacious.
The process to check in proved atrocious. The staff's English skills seemed poor, and they did not show hospitality to guests. They require check-out by 11:00 but only allow check-in at 3:00 p.m.. They do not guarantee the room will be prepared at that time. Waiting several hours after an international flight was unacceptable.

this hotel is conveniently located above the train station. i found it so handy. there were buses and taxis readily available (, made getting around easy). the rooms were spacious. the staff were polite.
the pool hours are restricted for children. my son was disappointed. it is open to kids only from 7 to 9 am.

the breakfast buffet offers a large variety (i especially enjoyed the pastries). the patisserie restaurant provides a relaxing atmosphere. you can sit and enjoy coffee, drinks, and cakes. it was lovely.

the location is perfect. i found access to the shinkansen, buses, and the subway very easy. the shops, cafes, and restaurants added to the convenience. the station architecture was amazing!!! i also loved the warm welcome and the help i received with my luggage. the housekeeping staff was very friendly.
i noticed some issues. the hallway had a cigarette odor despite our non-smoking preference. i also thought the room needed updates. the beds were not very comfortable, especially the pull-out sofa.

the walls are a little thin noises from adjacent rooms can be heard.
